About Us: Our Committee

The Seer Green Pre-School staff are all well-qualified, paid professionals. However, as a registered charity, under our constitution, we are required to have a committee to oversee the running of the Pre-School.  They are responsible for policy matters, fundraising and overall control of the Pre-School.

The Committee is typically made up of parents, carers and grandparents, who give up their valuable time to enable the Pre-School to run efficiently and effectively.  It has three elected officers - Chairperson, Treasurer and Secretary.  In addition, there are another two to six elected members (fundraising and general members).  The Committee is elected each year at the AGM, and meetings are held typically each half term.
